We provide strengths-based coaching, consulting, and educational services to help individuals and organizations grow. Our services are for educational and personal development purposes only and are intended to provide guidance and support.

You understand and agree that the coaching services provided by Strengths1st do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Our coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or other licensed professional services.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. We make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, about the results of our coaching services. Your success depends on your own efforts, commitment, and unique circumstances.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided to you during our services, including but not limited to frameworks, methodologies, workbooks, videos, and course content, are the exclusive intellectual property of CareerStrengths LLC DBA Strengths1st. You may use these materials for your own personal growth, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use them for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
4. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during our coaching relationship. We will not disclose any personal or business information you share with us to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or a valid court order.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
- Final Sale: All sales for digital products, including but not limited to ebooks and downloads, are final. We do not offer refunds on these products.
- Course Guarantee: For our digital courses, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "REFUND REQUEST" and provide your name, email, the product you wish to get a refund for, and a brief explanation.
- Workshops: The payment and refund terms for all workshops, speaking engagements, and consulting services are governed by the specific contract or agreement provided to you at the time of booking.
- Payment: All payments are due upfront unless a specific payment plan is agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as specified on our sales pages.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerStrengths LLC DBA Strengths1st shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, resulting from your use of the Site or our services. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Dakota, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
